         Check or Money Order: Please ensure that all checks are made payable to "Community Appraisal Services".

         Net 30: Frequent customers can arrange for payment terms by contacting our billing department.

         Credit Card: A convenient payment option, especially when third-parties, such as home owners are involved.

Occasionally we receive orders for appraisal reports where payment is required in advance. Whether the report is for a home owner, or just from a client with whom weve not done business before.

Our company now accepts Visa and MasterCard credit card payments for any transaction. You can use this option to pay for single appraisals, multiple orders or any of our other services.
